16/3/2008Agent gets business park off ice space deal
KNIGHT Frank has been awarded two new contracts to market office space at business parks in Glasgow.
The agents have been instructed to market the first floor office suite at GBLT House in Glasgow Business Park, Baillieston, and the first floor of PSP House at Craighall Business Park, Port Dundas.
The firm is confident both properties will attract strong interest.
Michael Facenna, senior surveyor with Knight Frank, said: "Both GBLT House and PSP House are located in desirable business park locations close to the city centre and with vital access to road and public transport links.
"We are confident that both of these properties will prove attractive to occupiers, given the flexible terms that can be offered."
